Your new role
- You will specialise in completing home loan applications from the branch and from your own business development
- Utilise the bank's strong introducer program and leads from other areas of the branch and business as well as your own referral partners
- Coach customers through the end to end journey of buying their own home or investment property
- Deepen customer relationships and proactively develop new ones within the community
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a home lending manager/associate/specialist role
- An existing network and the inherent skills and attitude to build further pipeline
- Good credit and technical knowledge with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- A team player who has excellent interpersonal skills, shows great initiative and holds strong business acumen
- Language skills in Mandarin or Tamil will be advantageous but not essential
